MEET THE OWNER OF NOBORI SUSHI

Noboru Nakamura

Noboru Nakamura has spent his entire 34-year career working in sushi restaurants. He began his career as a sushi chef in Greenwich Village in New York City. He moved to Chicago in 1988 and became a restaurant manager and in January of 2009, opened Nobori Sushi. His goal is to continue to provide the freshest sushi and outstanding service in a quaint environment.

The name Nobori—similar to his name—means "sunrise" in Japanese. And like it's name, Nobori continues to rise in popularity as a highly-rated and highly regarded sushi restaurant, paying close attention to quality, value, ambiance, and service.

He would very much like the opportunity to welcome you as a customer.
